Piccolo Papa is a family owned Italian restaurant and pizzeria in the newly redesigned High Street Plaza in Toowoomba, Queensland. With over 20 years of hospitality experience, owners Liam and Ceyda Saggers are no strangers to creating culinary delights to entertain even the fussiest of taste buds. Before relocating their small family to the garden city of Toowoomba, Liam had been a Hospitality Manager with a number of landmark bars and restaurants in Bondi and surrounding areas such as the Beach Road Hotel, Bunga Bar and Cherry Jam just to name a few. Ceyda is Piccolo Papa's Head Chef Le Cordon Bleu and has worked in some of the most popular restaurants in Sydney such as the Hickson Road Bistro of Sydney Theatre, Palette Cuisine, the Shangri-La Sydney and MCA Café. With their family expanding, Liam and Ceyda, along with their little man, decided to move to a more child friendly city and found Toowoomba to be a perfect fit. Happily settle in the Garden City, Liam and Ceyda consider themselves to be 'one of the locals' and are proud to give back to their Toowoomba community with the industry that they love - providing high quality food, a family atmosphere and a pizza experience that will keep you coming back for more.
