Engineering is our discipline, nothing else. This focus allows us to source and select the best engineers for your company. Picard is a Dutch company with an international network. We work on a no cure no pay basis. Companies requiring staff may request us to assist with searching and selecting qualified staff. The request is free and without any obligation. We find the candidates who fit your profile. That means that we select candidates who work within companies that relate to the line of business of your company and that we focus on professional experience that matches the profile. We are keen on finding the best engineer available for your job vacancy, rather than settle on the best person that applies. We actively recruit 'passive candidates', those who have a good engineering job and are not actively looking for a change. Although the majority of the engineers we interact with is Dutch, we have an international network of engineers. At this moment we also work on further establishing our network of partners in different countries to help us source specialists. When sourcing engineers abroad we take care of the immigration procedures and pratical aspects coming with relocation. We work fast, dedicated to your business moving forward.
