In 2010, Piazza Hospitality developed and debuted the acclaimed LEED Gold h2hotel and Spoonbar restaurant, a sister property to Hotel Healdsburg in Healdsburg, and now manages all h2hotel and Spoonbar operations. Several other projects are currently under development, including the Harmon Guest House in Healdsburg, Hotel San Luis Obispo and Hotel Sebastopol.
