The company plans to be a leader in the production, formulation and clinical development of muscle relaxation molecules derived from microalgae. Phytotox expects to commercialize its products for several pharmaceuticals indications through licensing, partnerships or direct sales. To this end the company is preparing an IND package for injectable pharmaceutical applications. This includes product manufacturing and controls, preclinical animal studies and the corresponding clinical program (this last will be designed by or in collaboration with a licensee company). In addittion, an active ingredient for cosmetic applications is under way by our european subsidiary.
