Our clinics are a collaboration of Adelaide’s most experienced physiotherapists, sports doctors, podiatrists and masseuses with access to industry leading rehabilitation and pilates equipment. Using exercise based rehabilitation programs, soft tissue work, dry needling and sound advice to get your body back to peak performance. Since 1996 we’ve fine tuned our methods using joint mobilisation and manipulation, muscle stretches, neural mobilisation, massage and ultrasound to achieve long-term strength, endurance and mobility. In 2004, Founder Kath Chigwidden won the Telstra Business Women’s Award in the Westpac Group Business Owners category, and PhysioXtra has since won many Local Business Awards over the years.
