At Physiotherapy ACTIVE, our qualified team diagnoses and treats a broad range of chronic and acute conditions. We aim to recognise and treat the source of your injury as well as the pain that stems from it, through the use of evidence-based and clinically-proven manual therapy and exercise. Our treatment consists of a comprehensive one-on-one assessment. We will then diagnose the source of your injury and proceed to treat it with hands-on techniques. We will also educate you on why your injury has occurred and most importantly, identify risk factors associated with your injury and use this to educate you on how to prevent your injury from reoccurring in the future. We have a strong focus on self-management. We use a combination of manual therapy and self-maintenance to facilitate your full recovery. Our physiotherapists will provide you with individualised home exercises in order to reinforce the hands-on treatment performed by our therapists, in order to help you achieve full rehabilitation. Physiotherapy ACTIVE also has a fully equipped Pilates studio, where we offer Physio-led Clinical Pilates. This is a great adjunct to your treatment as it helps to prevent ongoing pain and injury.
