Our Vision Physio Plus X was founded in 2013 by Selina Hirji to provide the highest standards of care by using the latest research, treatment techniques and equipment to continually improve the care of our clients. We specialize in providing quality health care services that include Physiotherapy, Massage, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Osteopathy and Naturopathy that are customized for each patient’s needs. Prevention: We provide education and strategies to help seniors with falls prevention in their homes, modification to prevent work related musculoskeletal conditions, and education on posture and physical conditioning to students to facilitate normal growth and development. One-on-One Sessions: At Physio Plus X, you will have the undivided attention of a registered therapist: Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Naturopath and Osteopath who will complete a thorough history and assessment. Hands-on Approach: We believe strongly in providing you with treatments that use a combination of healing hands as well as advanced technology (machines) to deliver our treatments. Individualized Treatment Plan: You tell your therapist your personal goal and together you will both develop your own treatment plan.
