The website is owned and maintained by Physical Therapists who built Physio 4 Hire after their frustrations of searching for jobs through recruiters, ads, and job board websites, only to settle with a mediocre job with average pay. We also know as a recruiter how difficult it can be to not only find therapists, but then successfully place them. Physio 4 Hire hopes to imporve the success rates of a match by asking more questions than most recruiters or other websites ask. We know physical therapy and therapists and so we know what matters. By asking the right questions you can limit your time wasted and improve your odds at successful placements. We know the market, we know the industry, and we know you don’t have the time to search endlessly for that perfect job. Our goal is to create a match-making service for the PT/OT industry. A place that gives therapists control over who gets their contact info while also giving employers and recruiters more information on the candidates. A place where therapists can tell employers and recruiters exactly what they are looking for. A place where therapists decide the types and amount of job offers they receive.
