Physio 2 You is a unique mobile physiotherapy home visit service where exercise and rehabilitation is provided to clients on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Upper and Lower North Shore and Central Coast. Physio 2 You therapists are widely experienced and have a genuine caring attitude, providing a personalised and friendly service to their clients. The majority of our current clients are either recently discharged from hospital or are after a specific rehabilitation programme designed around the difficulties they are having at their home, unit, hostel, nursing home, in the community or at their place of work. Our Physio 2 Youtherapists offer a wide range of skills addressing:Neurological conditions e.g. stroke, parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, spinal cord injury etc.Poor balance & falls prevention.Home re-orientation following recent hospital discharge.Orthopaedic Injuries such as hip/knee replacements and bone fractures.Dizziness/Vertigo & Motion Sickness.Regaining and/or maintaining mobility, strength and confidence in the home environment.Respiratory difficulties, such as shortness of breath and other lung conditions.Rehabilitation following amputation.Group exercise classes in the community or retirement villagesPreventative back care and manual handling sessions in the work environmentOur Physio 2 You therapists have access to the latest rehabilitation equipment specific to our client's needs. We have close professional ties with other allied health professionals such as speech therapists and occupational therapists who also provide the unique service of mobile therapy. For private clients no doctor's referral is required. Discounts apply to pension card holders and rebates are available from healthfunds and medicare (where appropriate). We are a NDIS registered provider. For Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Compulsory Third Party (CTP), Life Time Care and Support (LTCS) and WorkCover clients, with approval, gazzetted rates apply with no out of pocket expense to the client for physiotherapy services.
