Physicall staat onder leiding van Gert-Jan van der Blonk. GJ begon in 1988 een massage praktijk naast topsport (triathlon). Hij studeerde bewegingswetenschappen, fysiotherapie, bekkentraining voor zwangeren en echografie. Hij werkte o.a 5 jaar voor FC Volendam en verzorgde een A-schaatsmarathonploeg. GJ geeft leiding aan 2 eigen vestigingen 'De Kloek' te Midden Beemster en ‘Gym Alkmaar’, iov de Hospiusgroep leidt hij Amsterdam Clinics in het midden oosten. Hij doet fysiotherapeutisch onderzoek, bepaalt behandelingen en behandelt zelf en is actief als docent. Daarnaast begeleidt hij (duur)sporters op individulele basis. In de praktijk werken naast Gert-Jan 5 vaste krachten, elk met hun eigen specialisatie.
