Physical Therapy Services of Elizabethton, Tennessee provides physical therapy, occupational therapy and sports rehabilitation services. We have offices in Elizabethton and Johnson City, Tennessee. Physical Therapy: Your physical therapist will examine you and talk to you about your symptoms and your daily activity. He or she will then work with you on a treatment plan. The goals are to help your joints move better and to restore or increase your flexibility, strength, endurance, coordination, and/or balance. Occupational Therapy: In its simplest terms, occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants help people across the lifespan participate in the things they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday activities (occupations).
