Each appointment begins with an in-depth intake assessment to determine your particular needs which Rich then addresses using the modalities best suited – Western, Eastern, trigger-point, deep tissue, myofascial, or relaxing therapies. At the end of each session, you receive ergonomic tips and stretches to take with you, including you as a partner to regain balance and ease in your body.
