Physica is a physical therapy group that helps a full range of patients. They range from the long-term disabled patients (for example: folks w/ multiple sclerosis), post surgical rehab (for example: knee, shoulder and hip surgery/replacement), cardio rehab, strengthen the non-ambulatory, and spinal rehab. We are expanding our gym and patient therapy rooms into a 3,200 sq. ft. facility, which is just over double its current size. With the latest state-of-the-art lasers and other gym equipment already in-house, it's my job to call on docs to make sure they send their patents to us. Surgery is just the first step to healing in most cases. Step two is usually 6-12 weeks of physical therapy, which can entail 1.5 hours a day, 3 days each week. Our facility is specially designed to dedicate that much time to each patient. It's probably why when doctors need PT, even they come to us! But we're growing, so it's time for me to kick it into high gear!
