PHR Consulting was established in 2005 to assist organisations employ, develop and transition the capability within their business. Our key coaching interventions are in developing leaders and teams to be more capable and supporting employees transitioning into and out of organisations. We ensure direction is clarified, assumptions are effectively challenged, accountability encouraged and capability honed and realised. When we established the business we set out to create an environment in which people immediately feel important, relaxed and respected. It’s a place of trust where clients feel safe and are allowed to be human – where ideas, anxieties, dreams and challenges can be shared. People are encouraged to think, are listened to and challenged respectfully. It’s our experience that nothing can compare with an individualised, personal coaching approach where the conversations are face to face, they occur frequently, and there’s time to talk, stand back and reflect and make better decisions. Our coaches come with strong commercial skills and backgrounds and have worked with hundreds of clients at all levels from first appointment to CEO in the areas of leadership, team functioning and career change. Our results are very much based on the personal and professional integrity of our coaches and a 'high touch/high feel' philosophy that works.
