Phoenix Risen is a platform to empower survivors of sexual assault and combat sexual violations through three main channels: 1. We look to change harmful attitude and language through a media series addressing situations where inappropriate language or rhetoric is used, which disempowers or degrades females. 2. We are working to remove harassment from social norms by creating a unified, global conversation by supporting grassroots organizations through best practice sharing and fundraising. 3. We are creating a support network and platform for healing and empowerment against assault and violence by encouraging women to write and share letters of experience as a first step to self-healing, and providing local information for victims to fight back
