Phoenix believes strongly in a “build it before you build it” philosophy that offers his clients a visual experience and allows him to be preemptive in recognizing any physical or functional changes that may be necessary. Employing (BIM) Building Information Modeling; a process that involves the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of a facility, Phoenix is able to provide it's clients building information models that become a shared knowledge resources to support decision-making about a facility from earliest conceptual stages, through design and construction and forward through its operational life.
