Our philosophy at Phoenix is unique. Although we sell hardware, software, and peripherals, it is not our objective to sell you anything. We want to earn your trust and respect so you will continue to rely on us and recommend us to others. Regardless of where you obtain your equipment, we will be happy to repair it, advise you on additional software products, or provide you with additional items such as printers or CD-ROM drives, which we will install for you. If you have experienced high-pressure sales, or overpriced so-called "consultants", and would like an objective opinion, that won't cost you an arm and a leg, come and talk to us.
