The Zullo Group is an integrated housing delivery partner for affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations and public-sector sponsors throughout New Jersey. We specialize in neighborhood-scale housing projects that require institutional-level construction management, funding compliance and coordination, but often fall between traditional small-builder and large-GC delivery models. Zullo works in two ways. As General Contractor, we deliver neighborhood-scale affordable housing from preconstruction through warranty, using standardized housing systems and offsite construction where it creates value. As Offsite Integration Partner, we work alongside developers and prime contractors to coordinate modular and offsite construction, including design coordination, manufacturer integration, production scheduling, logistics, installation and field execution. Our work includes urban infill, scattered-site housing, affordable homeownership, townhomes, duplexes, small multifamily and offsite components of larger developments.
