We are Phin & Phebes (pronounced "Fin" and "Feebes") Ice Cream of Brooklyn, New York. We make unique and interesting flavors with a little something for everyone. All of our flavors start out in our home kitchen and we produce them on a larger scale so we can share them with you. Our philosophy about ice cream is simple: it should be fun for adults and kids, unpretentious, delicious (of course) and surprising in the best way possible. We want to change the way you think about ice cream. Our Dairy & Ingredients We do not put stabilizers or syrups in our ice cream because we believe that ice cream can be one of the purest foods if made properly. Additionally we use only the best all-natural ingredients and our hormone free dairy comes from family owned farms across New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
