Philstack LLC Information

Your AMS knows who your members are. Your website doesn't always agree. That gap is where Philstack works. We're a small consultancy building websites and custom software for associations. In practice that means WordPress, your AMS (iMIS, Fonteva, HubSpot, and others), and the connective tissue in between: single sign-on, integrations, member directories, membership and event data that has to stay in sync. Unglamorous work. It's also the difference between a member renewing in ninety seconds and a member emailing your staff to ask which account they're supposed to use. How we work: listen first, map the process, then write the code. Founder Phil Varady puts it more briefly: "measure twice, code once." Security gets the same treatment. It's part of the build, not a checklist someone runs at the end. Associations hold member data that deserves better than an afterthought. What we build: • Association websites (WordPress) • AMS integrations and migrations • Single sign-on between your AMS and your site • Member directories and membership/event data sync • Custom software for problems off-the-shelf tools don't solve If you're facing a redesign, an AMS migration, or an integration that never quite worked the way the demo promised, we're glad to talk it through with no pitch attached.
