Description: Phillips Data is a full service ISP. Requirements: A new, fresh, professional website utilizing automation to it's fullest. Solution: After 4 years in business, we decided it was time for change. We spent 4 months, full time, developing a new version of our automated billing system. Our billing system automates nearly every aspect of our business from invoicing, to account creation, to support, and more. After this was almost completed, we came up with a fresh, new design for phillipsdata.com. Although the only automation visible on our website is our random client testimonials, there is much that goes on in the background. Our systems are continually processing orders, creating invoices, activating services and more. We have created and implemented an automated fraud detection system for new accounts. Our system can be administered by our staff from wherever they are by smart phone integration. Our system has the ability to notify and communicate with our staff by web, e-mail, SMS, and Instant Messaging. We are focused on automation in our business model because it frees up time and money on overhead costs which can then be directed where it matters most, customer service.
