Philkoei International, Inc. (PKII) is a design, engineering and consulting firm established in the Philippines in October 1989. It has a strong and dynamic manpower of highly qualified, experienced and technically trained engineers, architects and professionals which are assigned to the company’s various project offices. While the firm is primarily based in the Philippines, PKII has established in 2006 its International Consulting Group (ICG) to offer professional consulting services to the global market. In particular, ICG has deployed permanent staff and consultants to various parts of the world including Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Qatar, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Jordan, Kenya, Mozambique, India, Japan, Micronesia, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, Lao PDR and Myanmar. Over the last 25 years, PKII as a premier company in the local consulting industry has successfully undertaken projects requiring comprehensive professional services covering the following different stages of project development:  Development Planning/Feasibility Studies  Detailed Engineering Design and Other Pre-Construction Services  Construction Supervision/Contract Management  Post Project Evaluation  Operation and Maintenance These services have encompassed various development sectors including roads and bridges, urban infrastructure development, water supply, wastewater/sewerage and sanitation, solid waste management, flood control/drainage, buildings and industrial facilities, residential and industrial estates, ports/marine structures, agricultural development and irrigation, as well as social and environmental development.
