Founded in 2005, Phi Management is a niche management consulting firm that specialises in leadership assessment and development, with a focus on human capability. Our mission is to create hands-on, impactful solutions that drive measurable results for organisations. With offices in Beirut, Riyadh, and London, we serve a diverse portfolio of more than 180 clients across various sectors. At Phi Management, we excel in three main practices: Leadership Assessment, Leadership Development, and Organisational Transformation. From designing and delivering leadership accelerator programmes to administering leadership assessment centres using a multi-assessment approach, we ensure our solutions are comprehensive, data-driven, and aligned with the performance criteria of our clients. Relying on behavioural science, our range of tailored assessment instruments, psychometric tests, and Phi’s own 360 Quest survey platform complement our suite of assessment tools. Our leadership learning programmes are supported by a variety of digital methodologies to meet the needs of an emerging Gen Z workforce.
