Phelps Medical Associates Information

Phelps provides a 21-day inpatient dual diagnosis (mentally ill chemically addicted) program in a non-acute unit. We offer a comprehensive multidisciplinary team approach to provide an individualized treatment plan for each patient, and we educate patients on their mental illness and their addiction. Our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, substance abuse counselors, and mental health workers utilize their clinical skills to help facilitate the patients' success in the program.
