We seek to invest in UK businesses with an enterprise value of up to £10m by either opting for a majority or more usually taking a minority stake. Our focus is sector wide UK opportunities with an enterprise value of up to £10million. We invest in small and medium-sized businesses, actively working with investee companies to deliver robust and tangible returns for both themselves and our investors. The Partners are experienced, seasoned corporate financiers, who as entrepreneurs have a reputation for understanding the challenges of growing a business and the key relationships into the funding arena to creatively structure transactions adding value for all parties.
