PHD & Associates is a Mumbai-based Chartered Accountancy firm. We handle audit, direct tax, GST, FEMA, transfer pricing, ROC, and advisory work under one roof, so clients get a single team that sees the full picture of their affairs. We work with Indian businesses, foreign companies operating in India, NGOs and trusts, and HNIs and NRIs whose matters cut across jurisdictions. What ties them together is that their work rarely sits in one practice area, and they value having one firm that can join the dots. Our view of the job is simple: compliance with Indian law is the floor, not the ceiling. Staying right with every regulator is the basic requirement. Doing it in a way that also serves the client's commercial interests is the harder part, and that's where we put our effort.
