Phases Executive Fitness Studio is a private personal training studio and wellness facility offering multidisciplinary health services including: registered massage therapy, physiotherapy/rehab, chiropractic and osteopathic therapies, naturopathic medicine, spa esthetics and various other holistic wellness practices.
