The consumer landscape is changing with the evolution of new video standards which are driving up the data rate being transmitted over the HDMI cables: more pixels and higher frame rates mean higher speeds. Installation experts have already identified inconsistencies with the quality of HDMI receivers and transmitters built into audio / video equipment. With higher data rates these problems will continue to get worse. phaseHD’s goal is to come with innovative solutions to solve these problems both in existing and new video installations.
