Its Index Power Score is a public, transparent framework that directs stake to the validators contributing most to Solana, nearly 100 independent operators worldwide, rather than simply the largest ones. More than $250M is delegated through Phase today. We believe where stake goes decides what a network becomes. We're building the layer that decides it well.
