Phase II operates through its established brands, A-American Septic and Cooper’s Septic, with Paradise Valley Septic operating under the A-American platform. Together, these brands have served the Valley for years, supporting homeowners, builders, and businesses with dependable wastewater solutions. Our services include septic pumping, system inspections, maintenance, emergency response, and full system installations, along with support for new construction, permitting, and engineering coordination. We work closely with general contractors, developers, and property owners to keep projects moving and systems performing. We are grounded in strong operations, clear communication, and accountability in the field. At the same time, we are actively investing in technology, fleet modernization, and team development to improve the customer experience and scale responsibly.
