Pharmolix is a TechBio company building multimodal life-science foundation models and AI agents — giving every pharma company an "AI Chief Scientist" and driving a new paradigm for drug R&D. Incubated by the Institute for AI Industry Research (AIR), Tsinghua University. We launched ChatDD, the world's first conversational drug R&D agent, together with BioMedGPT, the first multimodal open-source model for biopharma, and ChatDDFM, its commercial counterpart. FOUNDATION MODELS • Open source — BioMedGPT series: BioMedGPT-10B, the first model to connect biological coding languages; BioMedGPT-R1, the world's first biomedical multimodal reasoning model; BioMedGPT-Mol, covering molecule understanding and generation end to end with SOTA results across six core tasks; and MutaPLM, an expert-in-the-loop assistant for protein directed evolution delivering interpretable single-point mutation advice. • Commercial — ChatDDFM series: ChatDDFM-100B, the world's first 100-billion-parameter biomedical multimodal dialogue model, ranking first on all four C-Eval medical tracks and the only model above a 90 average; PharMolixFM, SOTA for target-based molecule design with a 58.1% one-shot generation success rate; CodeFP, SOTA for de novo functional protein design; and StructEvo, a structure-guided reinforcement-learning framework for multi-point mutation directed evolution. PRODUCT — ChatDD 2.0, an end-to-end enterprise AgentOS for biopharma: • ChatDD-Insight — drug target and pipeline landscape, BD deal decisions, unmet medical need assessment, global pharma insights, patents and IP • ChatDD-Discovery — de novo molecule design, directed evolution and editing, quantitative evaluation and screening • ChatDD-Trial — protocol design, regulatory submission, CSR writing and patient recruitment, end to end. CONSUMER — BioZeno, C-end AI research assistant for every pharma professional: insight, conference auto-summaries etc.
