PharmaSeek Information

Located in Madison, Wisconsin, PharmaSeek has worked to partner sponsors and CROs with clinical research sites for over 20 years. What initially began as a group of 12 midwestern research sites has evolved into a network of over 250 sites located throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Included in our Network are dedicated research facilities, multi-specialty practices, and academic institutions, which, as a group, practice research in virtually every therapeutic area. PharmaSeek operates as an Investigative Site Network (ISN). Unlike a Site Management Organization (SMO), we do not maintain an equity ownership in our investigative research sites nor do our sites have ownership in PharmaSeek. In addition to connecting sponsors and CROs with experienced research sites for the conduct of clinical trials, PharmaSeek expedites study start-up timelines by streamlining the site selection process and providing a single point of contact throughout the start-up process for multiple clinical research sites. This includes supplying sponsors and CROs with interested research sites and managing the ongoing process of budgeting, contracting, and regulatory submissions. Once the site is initiated on a clinical trial, we assist with patient recruitment and pursue timely and accurate payments for services provided by the clinical research sites.
