PGT Partners was established by Vinay Agarwal in 2011. Vinay had an illustrious corporate career of over 30 years including 17 years as a CEO and 4 years as an entrepreneur. During this career he was responsible for many breakthrough improvements. In 2011, he decided to establish a consulting organisation to help Promoters, CEOs, Directors, Entrepreneurs and Executives to achieve similar breakthroughs in Profit and Growth of their companies. Hence the name PGT standing for PROFIT : GROWTH : TRANSFORMATION. PGT Partners uses the body of knowledge evolved by Dr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt for making large operational and strategic improvements typically leading to 2X to 5X profits in 2 years. This approach is called Theory of Constraints or, simply, TOC. TOC seeks to identify constraints that acts as barriers to continuously increasing growth and profits, and then to overcome them leading to breakthrough increases in profits, cash flow and other business indicators such as on-time delivery, working capital turns, manufacturing lead time, supply chain effectiveness, distribution management and project delivery. These constraints are unique to each company and so are the solutions - and this is where our expertise helps. TOC has made a remarkable impact on companies worldwide since 1985.
