PG Training & Consulting is in the people development business. We provide Coaching, Training, Consulting, and Speaking services to small and medium size businesses both for profit and non-profit. We are also a vendor for Learning Resources / Assessments. We have partnered with Inscape / Wiley Publishing as an Authorized Partner for both "Everything DiSC" as well as "The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team". Pauline George, owner and president, is also certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and represents EQ programs and assessments. Our primary areas of expertise are: Team Development, Leadership Development, Management Development, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, and Executive Coaching. Our work is all Value Based and relies heavily on Best Practices as researched by such leaders as Marcus Buckingham, Patrick Lencioni, Jim Collins, John Cotter, Ken Blanchard, Michael O'Connor, Daniel Goleman, Dov Seidman and Harvard Business Review.
