PFA Consulting provides professional mediation services to a wide variety of clients. It is our firm belief that mediation resolves disputes in less time, for less money and with more control over the outcome. Principal Debra A. Scullary is a certified mediator who received her training at the nationally known Justice Center of Atlanta. In partnership with Mike Hall, they have the capability to mediate large groups to bring innovative and dynamic solutions to bear. By definition more complex, large groups bring more conflicts to the mediation table but also the potential for resolving broader-based conflict. The unique double-team approach of PFA Consulting yields a diversity of ideas and solutions that concludes in successful agreements, often at no cost to the employer.
