The Pezula 360 Transformational Training (PTT) team is a group of highly-experienced, skilled and motivated trainers and coaches. We have developed these trainings and workshops out of our diverse skill sets and from our learnings across multiple corporate organisations, staff engagements, coaching sessions and motivational team building exercises. The PTT facilitators present the dynamics of the trainings in a way that is interactive, powerful, and alive. The focused structure of the trainings includes a series of life-altering engagements, breakthrough processes, creative interactions, and profound group module work which focus on questions at the heart of our humanity; our effectiveness as employees and the issues that are key to successful living and working.
