Dal 1925 la famiglia Petti ha fatto del pomodoro il protagonista indiscusso dell'attività dell'azienda, tramandando di generazione in generazione una dedizione unica per il buon pomodoro italiano e facendone conoscere il gusto in tutto il mondo. Nel 2013, dopo aver acquisito un'enorme esperienza, il Gruppo Petti decide di lanciare una linea premium dedicata al mercato italiano prodotta con solo pomodoro toscano lavorato a bassa temperatura (cold break). Nel 2015 il progetto di marca "Petti - Il pomodoro al centro" si è aggiudicato il prestigioso riconoscimento Eletto Prodotto dell'Anno ed ha raggiunto una quota di mercato dell'1% nell'anno terminante a maggio dello stesso anno, con 45 punti di distribuzione ponderata. Company and history Petti Group was born in 1925 when Antonio Petti, landowner in the countryside of Nocera-Sarno called Agro Nocerino-Sarnese established the one-man company Antonio Petti. In the '40es his son Pasquale started to work in the company and the name was changed into Ditta Antonio Petti e Figlio. In 1950 Pasquale married Maria Gambardella who became a member of the managing staff of the company and then a point of reference for the production sector, and still today in 2014 she manages the business situated in Nocera, thanks to her large experience. In 1973 the company Ditta Antonio Petti e Figlio became a partnership, thus getting the present corporate name: Antonio Petti fu Pasquale S.p.A. Since 2010 the Petti Group has been managed by the Chairman of the Board Directors Antonio Petti and the managing director Pasquale Petti. Only in 2013, after having gathered a great deal of experience in this sector, Petti Group decided to launch a line devoted to the Italian market, to start with, and promised to do something unique in this sector: to put in the middle of its production always and only tomatoes.
