Petroferm, a Vantage Specialty Chemicals business develops, manufactures and markets specialty cleaning agents to meet the demands of high reliability manufacturing operations. These safe, high-performance cleaning agents are suitable for use in immersion, spray-in-air, ultrasonic and vapor degreasing equipment as well as manual cleaning operations. We offer cleaning agents for all major cleaning technologies including aqueous, non-aqueous, semi-aqueous and vapor degreasing. Sold under AXAREL®, BIOACT®, CleanSafe™, HYDREX®, LENIUM®, RE-ENTRY®, and RustSafe™ brand names, our products are used to clean precision components and assemblies. Since 1986, Petroferm has been developing cleaning agents to replace hazardous substances which pose high safety, health and environmental risk. Our products are used as safe and effective alternatives to the following group of chemicals: Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), HCFC-141b, HCFC-225, Trichloroethylene (TCE), Methylene Chloride (MeCl), and Perchloroethylene (PERC). Our specialty formulated products are wide used to replace : Acetone, Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA), Kerosene, Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK), Mineral Spirits and other low-flash point, flammable solvents. Our line of aqueous formulated products can be used to replace: cleaners containing caustic material, silicates, phosphates, nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEs) and alklyphenol ethoxylates (APEs). Cleaning products are available directly from Petroferm or through an extensive network of distributors and business partners operating in over 45 countries.
