PetiteCare Information

PetiteCare is a licensed family and child care centre located in the heart of east end Toronto. As a flexible, fun and welcoming family space, PetiteCare offers a creative, attentive and innovative environment for children that nourishes their sense of respect while promoting self awareness and understanding. The implementation of an approach to teaching and guidance that nurtures the whole child is the basis of PetiteCare, with full and part time early learning and recreational based programs that focus on mindfulness, literacy development, self-expression, naturalistic exploration and personal well-being. At PetiteCare we understand that children are competent, capable, curious, rich in potential, and learn through play. Play by definition is enjoyable, spontaneous, active, and undertaken without external goals and sanctions. This means children are self learners. When the child's natural activity of play is supported by caring and responsive professionals in positive, developmentally, approproate learning environment, we believe a child will flourish. PetiteCare currently enrolls infants, toddler, and preschool aged children.
