Since opening our doors in 1983 as Larry J. Peterson & Associates, our firm has focused on providing high quality, cost-effective representation for employers and insurers in various disputes. Throughout the years, our practice has expanded to include additional services for our corporate clients including commercial collections, contract issues, insurance defense in a wide variety of disputes, select real estate matters, and more. Our attorneys focus on risk management with a dual purpose: to minimize the risk of litigation and to skillfully defend litigation. As a result, the attorneys at our firm are often invited to speak to groups of employers, self-insureds, and management on a wide range of employment and workers' compensation law topics, as well as other areas, with the goal of limiting physical and financial risks within companies.
