Peter Eustace & Associates was established 1991 and during that time developed a niche in the Gold Coast building service sector in the fields of electrical, mechanical, sprinklers, lifts, energy and underground residential distribution. The Founding Director, Peter Eustace, passed away in mid 2013. Early in 2014 the Company was acquired by Ashburner Francis Pty Ltd, an electrical and mechanical building services consultancy of approaching 40 years standing. Whilst this association has provided additional staff and resources to our Gold Coast office, Peter’s legacy continues in a strong and resilient company focusing on the following areas of engineering:  Underground Residential Distribution (URD)  Vertical Transport  Mechanical Engineering  Sprinkler Design  Electrical Engineering  Energy Efficiency Our experts can provide input from the master planning and budgeting stage, right through to final defects inspections and commissioning review. Our staff focus on working closely with the client and external design team to achieve the best outcome. With a strong focus on ACAD and Revit for document delivery and coordination, our documents are clear and concise for easy contractor interpretation. A specification document has been included on most projects with the electrical and mechanical drawings to round out the overall project solutions ensuring that all facets of the design have been thoroughly developed and stated in plain written English.
