Pet Stock is owned by Evans Collars Inc., a US manufacturing company that was started in 1957 in El Monte, California with an innovative way to make jeweled dog collars, the company quickly grew due to it's quality, pricing and service. This company was then purchased in 1966 by the manager, J.R. McCullah, and moved to Mt Vernon, Missouri in 1969.
