Perspective (Organization Development) Information

Perspective is an organization and business development consulting organization, which was established in 2007 to assist organizations and companies who relies that the way to achieve the organization goals and successful results starts with the individuals within the organization. Perspective provides management team development processes, managerial coaching and mentoring, consultation and training within organizations. Understanding the individual's connection and relationship with the organization, and the organization connection and relationship with the individuals with it, provides better and more meaningful results for both sides. Our approach holds that looking at reality from a new and fresh perspective, and making small and simple changes, can make a real and significant difference in the results. Our consulting point of view combines simple processes, creating a positive atmosphere and experience, using simple practical experiences, providing the optimal connection to the unique environment and reality of the organization and the individuals, in order to turn theory into practice and make the knowledge available within and outside of the organization to actual work and actions. We believe that every organization and every person in the organization is different, and as such, brings his uniqueness to be a part of the full picture.
