Perspective Feedback Information

Our aim is to help organisations build and cultivate a healthy feedback culture. This is a complex problem and we have a simple solution: get people to ask for feedback from their team, and help people in giving thoughtful reinforcing and redirecting feedback. Modern work is often hard to measure, and many people feel they lack sufficient feedback about their performance, behaviour and various skills. While some people give plenty feedback, many others don't feel comfortable giving feedback. This issue can be solved by making feedback a part of any caring work relationship. We believe that giving and receiving feedback are basic skills anyone can master. We develop our software and service models to be implemented primarily in small and medium-sized organizations.
