Personal Support Network LTD Information

The Personal Support Network currently provide person centred care and support services to individuals who live in the Middlesbrough, Redcar and Stockton locality. Some of the services we provide include domiciliary care, personal care, social support, educational and work support. Care and support can be arranged through health and social care professionals or can be arranged privately. Our dedicated team of staff can support you to gain an understanding of personalisation and accessing care and support packages through personal budgets. It is important to us that your life is fulfilled and that you retain the skills and independence necessary to enjoy your life. Our support staff can assist you to get out and about in the community whether it is support with shopping, to attend appointments, visit friends and family or just a stroll on the beach. Our team can work alongside personal assistants to complete your care package. We also provide sickness and holiday cover for personal assistants and can offer the opportunity for your personal assistant to be involved in our in house training programme.
