Personal Elf Information

We provide all our own cleaning equipment including commercial vacuum cleaners with advanced micro filtration filters. We continually strive to use the most effective, efficient and environmentally friendly cleaning supplies available. We are happy to use your supplied cleaning products, but are unable to accept responsibility for those products or their results. We can always clean more thoroughly when we don't have to wade through clutter. Clothing on the floor and /or clutter-piled dressers prevents us from getting deeper into the actual cleaning of your home and/or business. We also recommend that previously clean dishes still in the dishwasher be unload and we will be happy to load a minimal amount of dirty dishes that you may have. Since we will be using several different cleaning products as well as lifting considerable dust and grime we want you home to circulate air out. If your A/C is programmed for "off" during the day or if you typically raise the settings, please maintain air conditioning "on" or lowered while our cleaners in your home. If you forget to leave it on we will run the A/C while we are cleaning your home and return it to the previous setting when we leave. * Especially during hot days your air conditioning should be left on or lowered while our cleaners in your home. If there are mechanical problems with you're A/C unit and you prefer us not to touch it, it is important that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We enjoy offering conveniences in cleaning and we understand the most of our residential cleaning customers are not home during our cleaning. If you will not be at you home to give access to our cleaners, you must provide us with a key and an alarm code if necessary*. If you prefer to be home and let the cleaners in we will provide you with an approximate time that cleaners will be there within a three hour window- i.e. 8:30- 11:30am or 12:00-3:00pm.
