In private practice since 1998, Kim Pozharsky has extensive experience in rehabilitative activities for recovering stroke and paralysis patients, deep tissue therapy, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, sports injuries and reconstruction of muscle memory. Mr. Pozharsky serves a variety of remedial, restorative and preventative roles, working with a wide range of clientele from individual stroke patients seeking rehabilitation, to sports teams seeking muscular-related training and dancers recovering from injury. Mr. Pozharsky set up an exclusive training program in muscular endurance, strengthening and kinetic muscular explosions for the Rutgers’ University Basketball Team and assisted in sports injury prevention and recovery for the New York Giants. Both the New York and New Jersey Police Forces have recruited Mr. Pozharsky to provide advanced training in endurance, muscular stability and self-defense. Currently, Mr. Pozharsky is rehabilitating individual patients and working closely with dancers, providing day-to-day consultations to enhance their performance at physically intense dance competitions.
