Personal Attention Sports Science (P.A.S.S) Information

PASS focuses on specialized and personal one-on-one (or in very small groups - 4 max) training with athletes of all ages and levels to achieve their highest goals - be that to just improve their overall fitness levels, to get onto their middle school soccer team, or get ready for the college game. PASS works with the athlete, and their parents/guardians, to design a bespoke Individual Training Plan (ITP), which combines sport specific technique development and the scientific-proven fitness, strength, and SAQ workouts, to ensure success. Founder and Head Coach, Chris Leaver, is an experienced sports coach and physical education teacher, based in New York. For the last 20+ years, Chris has been working with both teams and individuals to fulfill their highest potential. Chris has worked in some of the world's best youth soccer systems (at both West Ham United Football Club and Fulham Football Club) in the UK, and has spent the last sixteen years working with youth soccer teams in the Tri-State area of USA. Chris was the captain of both the Long Island University (LIU Post) and Roehampton University soccer teams. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and a Master of Science degree in Education. He is also a certified psychology practitioner, focusing on the field of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).
