Street Casting, Art Direction, Community. As a transversal project with a focus on street casting PERSONA was born in 2019 as a consultancy agency by Enrico Cestaro (Art director) and Alma Malara (Project Manager). Over the years PERSONA has consolidated its position in the Italian market, distinguishing itself from the major players for an unusual aesthetic working with brand, production companies, creative agency, art directors, photographers and magazines. Based in Milan, PERSONA has built a diverse roster of extraordinary talent discovered in clubs and streets, going above and beyond to find not only the perfect face but also multidisciplinary skills. To accomplish this, PERSONA can place talents not only as models but as graphic designers, writers, DJs, producers, actors etc.
