Perma Touch Information

Perma Touch is the result of a marriage between technology and customer service. Bill Cohen, a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology developed and started what is now known as Perma Touch in 1998. As an engineer with very little business background, Bill needed a business person with a good customer service history. For the last ten years, John Sylvester (pictured on the right) has been successfully directing operations and customer care. In July of 2012, John bought out his partner and became owner/operator of Perma Touch. In 2001, Perma Touch signed their first distributor in Hawaii and have now grown to seventy-five retail distributors across the country. Perma Touch has been used extensively to restore vehicle paint over the last thirteen years with incredible success and is now available nationally. With our ongoing in-house and field research in paint chip repair, we continue to bring nothing but the best in products (like our paint chip repair kit) and service to our customers.
